если я правильно понял, то в случае возмещения стоимости, аккаунту блокируют возможность совершать покупки. причем не указывается до какого времени.
заказ был 14 мая, до сегодняшнего дня тишина. есть трек, что посылку отправили в америке. дальше все. сегодня 41 день уже прошел.
